Essex to get its second permanent ice rink in 2018

Romford ice rink The county’s first ice rink, at Riverside Ice and Leisure in Chelmsford, will be joined in 2018 by Sapphire Ice and Leisure in Romford, a £25m complex that is being built on Western Road.
