There’s a touch of magic in the air as a Beauty and the Beast Sing-along spectacular makes its way to a theatre in Essex.

Fans of all ages are invited to celebrate the enchanting Disney adaptation at screenings in Chelmsford this October.

Cinema-goers are being encouraged to dress up as their favourite character from the 2017 hit film and belt out all the classic tunes, including ‘Be our Guest’, ‘Gaston’ and ‘Something There’.

The live action re-make of the iconic animated fairy tale (staring Emma Watson and Dan Stevens) will be shown with on-screen lyrics, so even people new to the songs can join in. Yep, we’re looking at you, dads!

The special screenings have been created by Singalonga Productions, a company who have a proven track record for turning bog-standard cinema trips into memorable experiences.

At the start of each screening, a Singalonga host will warm up your vocals during a fun pre-show. You’ll be taught some hand actions, shown how to use the famous Singalonga props bag during the film, and told when to boo Gaston, the movies’ baddie. The host will also judge the fancy dress competition – so don’t forget your best costume!
