We’d like to welcome a new blogger to the Essex Baby website – Rob Tyler! Rob has been a stay-at-home-dad since June 2013 and lives in Old Harlow, Essex. His wife had looked after their two girls magnificently for five years when they decided to do a swap – she went back to work and he stayed at home. Rob has been writing a diary about his time as a stay-at-home parent ever since. It’s pretty funny and heartwarming and started with the words:
“Week 1: So this is the start of life as a stay-at-home dad with my two little girls, Ruby 5 and Poppy 2. I’m feeling pretty optimistic, it shouldn’t be too bad, I mean how hard can it really be anyway…?”
Rob is now on week 43 and from this point onwards we will start to publish his diary entries on Essex Baby.
Follow Rob’s adventures, laughter and parental ups-and-downs every week on Essex Baby.
If you want to catch up with him from the beginning, then you can also find him on https://www.facebook.com/diaryofastayathomedad.
