Bottle Feeding the Lambs at Layer Marney

Bottle feeding the lambs is a hugely popular Layer Marney Tower event for families (adults enjoy feeding the lambs too!)   No need to book, no extra charge just turn up and have fun. The lambs are always adorable, if rather greedy! Feeding is scheduled for 12.30  and 4.00 p.m. (times may vary).  They need to have these two distinct sessions so the lambs are hungry enough to take the bottles of milk.

Epping Ongar Railway’s beloved Bertie Bunny will be leading what is probably the longest Easter egg hunt in Essex. Running the length of the railway track, from Ongar through to Coopersale, the distance covered is equivalent to 131,579 eggs placed end to end! You’ll need to use our steam and diesel trains to find them all!
