Here’s the latest recipe from Truly Madly Healthy for you to try:
Prep: 15 Minutes Serves: 2-3
- 2 cups of Ground Almonds
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Nutmeg
- Chopped Nuts (optional to make it crunchier)
- 1 -2 tbsp Raw Organic Honey
- Coconut Milk (carton optional)
- 1 pack of Fresh Raspberries (you can use any Fruit you like, Berries are just ideal as they are already soft)
Pre heat the oven to 180.
Wash the Raspberries first then place them onto an oven proof baking dish with a teaspoon of Honey drizzled on top of them to take away some of the sharpness.
In a separate bowl add the Ground Almonds, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, the Whole Egg and Coconut Oil and, using your hands, rub the mixture together until it resembles a Crumble Mix (it will appear denser than traditional Crumble)
Evenly spread the Crumble Mix on top of the Raspberries until they are completely covered – then drizzle some Raw Honey on top and bake for 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestion – Instead of pouring over Cream, instead pour over some Coconut Milk (carton) and enjoy as a perfect Sunday Dinner Dessert!
