As thousand of children across the UK sit down to write their Christmas lists, it’s important that parents know the right place to send them to get a reply before the big day.  The easiest way to get that list straight to Santa is by using Royal Mail’s FREE Santa letter service.

For the last 55 years, Royal Mail has been acting as Father Christmas’s official delivery company, ensuring that children’s Christmas wishes come true by sending their letters up to the North Pole.

The deadline for posting is Friday 7th December 2018.

According to the Royal Mail website, all you have to do post each letter in a stamped envelope to:

Santa/Father Christmas
Santa’s Grotto

Don’t forget to include your child’s full name and address in your letter to receive a reply.

The Royal Mail says:

“Santa will respond to as many letters as possible, in between getting the sleigh ready for the long journey on Christmas Eve… [He] is happy to receive your cards and letters now but because of a very busy Xmas ahead could you please write to him by no later than Friday 7th December.”
